Changed your mind before we ship?
No worries. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, you can cancel it easily. You’ll get a full refund — no questions asked.
Didn’t receive your order?
Sometimes deliveries don’t go as planned. If your order is returned to us because:
You weren’t available at the time of delivery,
You refused the package, or
The courier couldn’t reach your address,
…we’ll issue a full refund once the product is safely received back at our facility.
Got the wrong item, or something missing or damaged?
That’s on us — and we’ll fix it quickly.
Here’s what to do:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery (as marked in our system).
Share the original unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory to process claims).
Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
Opened or used the product?
Because of the sensitive and consumable nature of our products (saffron, supplements, wellness items), we cannot accept returns on opened or used parcels — unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
If your order contains multiple items and only one is defective/damaged, refund or replacement will apply only to that specific item.
How do refunds work?
Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refunded to your original source within 7–9 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will contact you for bank details. Refund will be credited directly to your account.
Shipping Charges (if applicable): Non-refundable in case of failed delivery or customer refusal.
